The oldest recorded spider, #16 was a trapdoor spider from Western Australia. She was known to the world because of a long-term study conducted by Adj. Prof. Barbara York Main. I, Leanda Mason, would like to continue this study for as long as possible and may even record the next longest-lived spider!
