Dan Irwin Support Raffle

On Saturday, 27th August, 2016 at Caboolture BMX Club "Snake Pit Challenge" Open Day, Dan Irwin was taking part in his 2nd Race meet. Midway through his 1st Race of the day he came off his bike in what we now know was a horrific and freak accident. After numerous CT's, X-ray's and MRI's it was determined that Dan had sustained significant fractures to both his C5 and C6 Vertebrae as well as his right hand.

This accident has placed immense financial strain and hardship on this family and will do indefinitely. Dan requires large amounts of costly medication for the prevention of infections, as well as for pain relief and management of sleep and depression. Dan is incredibly lucky to be alive and even luckier to still be able to feel his hands and feet, his future is still unknown, so for now he must take each day as it comes.

We will continue to support Dan and his family on this journey by fundraising as much as we possibly can, so we have set up this page to enable those near and far to purchase tickets in this awesome raffle for :

3rd prize of a framed Bathurst print, signed by 2015 winners, Craig Lowndes and Stephen Richards.
