We are raising funds to prepare videos of finalists in the Australia Indonesia Awards program, and to provide air fares to Indonesia for the 3 winners.
This is the second year of the Australia Indonesia Awards initiated by the Australia Indonesia Association. The awards recognise and honour those Australians and Indonesians who have contributed to the greater understanding and friendship between Indonesians and Australians. Each year there are three categories for awards and these change each year. This year the categories are business, humanitarian, and community involvement. A Selection Panel chaired by Mr Bill Farmer AO, a former Ambassador to Indonesia, has reviewed the nominations and selected the 3 finalists in each category. The winners will be announced at the Awards Presentation on 12 March 2016.
Your support is sought to enable us to prepare videos of each of the finalists and their achievements. Funds will also be used to provide air fares to Indonesia for the 3 winners.A total of $8,000 is being sought.
