The Health for Life Charity Challenge is designed to motivate you to succeed in a personal health related goal by encouraging accountability to achieve your desired outcomes by incorporating a support network of sponsors. The program is open to all Redpath Australia employees and their immediate family. There is a 6 month window to achieve your goal, however in many cases you may not need the full 6 months and even have the opportunity to submit an additional entry.
All proceeds from the program go to Sane Australia to fund mental health research and support services. 1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness in any given year and more than 2300 Australian suicides occur every year, being the highest cause of death for women under the age of 35 and men under the age of 45. Exercise, healthy eating and stress management are important aspects of positive mental health. The Health for Life Charity Challenge aims to encourage employees to get active and healthy whilst raising awareness of mental health at the same time.

5 simple steps to participation:

Step 1
|
Select a personal Health For Life goal that can be achieved between 31 March and 30 September 2015. The end of your challenge can fall between any of those dates and an additional Health for Life goal may be entered within the 6 months if the first is a short term goal such as a 12 week challenge.

Complete an entry form and return to Redpath to have your challenge verified and accepted for participation.
