In October 2017, we’re taking some of our supporters on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to Vietnam for a behind the scenes experience at our Tam Dao Bear Rescue Centre. You’ll meet Jill Robinson, CEO of Animals Asia, who will show you around the rescue centre. You’ll build enrichment items for the bears to play with. You’ll even get close to the bears as they undergo health checks - the ultimate experience for animal lovers. In addition to the experience at the rescue centre, you’ll trek in the incredible Sapa region of Northern Vietnam. Here, amongst landscapes of patchwork rice paddies and rippling green mountains, you’ll know that with evey kilometre you cover, you are helping to fight the barbaric practice of bear farming and protecting highly endangered bears.
