Who is the Brain Foundation?
The Brain Foundation is a nationally registered charity dedicated to funding critical research across all areas of neurology, advancing diagnoses, treatments, and patient outcomes.
What does the Brain Foundation do?
Established in 1970 by neurologists and neurosurgeons, the Brain Foundation annually provides research grants to candidates across Australia.
We are also committed to supporting those living with brain disorders through raising awareness and community education.

Migraine and Headache Australia
Nearly 5 million Australians are impacted by migraine, and 1 in 3 women. Migraine & Headache Australia is a division of the Brain Foundation. It aims to raise awareness and educate the community on the incidence and impact of these conditions through resources, advocacy, and research.
