Marathon Challenge 4 Kids
Gold Coast Airport Marathon July 4 2010
Doctors, allied health, nursing staff and friends of The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne will compete in the 2010 Gold Coast Marathon to raise much needed funds for two needy charities. For many of the staff, this will represent their first attempt at either a half or full marathon. Many will take on the challenge of the 21.1 km with some of the more crazy ones amongst us attempting to run the full 42.2km!
Our selected charities are listed below. Many of the people involved in this fundraiser have been involved in the care of children with Epidermolysis Bullosa and many also have had an involvement with Moira Kelly and the recent groundbreaking surgery at the Children's hospital for conjoined twins Trishna and Krishna.
