Thank you all for your generosity. This year the SA branch of the Black Dog Ride will be joining in the biannual National Ride - Long Ride to The Top. We will be leaving Nuriootpa on the 5th of September and arriving in Cairns on the 11th. This ride is to help raise awareness for depression and suicide prevention. With 9 suicides daily - just over 3,000 a year in Australia, we find this is a great way to get the country talking about these issues. Any size donations are welcome and will go towards helping those who need help and to show that there is always someone there to talk to.
