I'm raising money for Zero2Hero, who do an amazing job of supporting and educating young people about mental health, building resilience, and dealing with these issues amongst their friends.

I love this because it's all about preventing mental health issues before they even occur. This addresses the root causes rather than waiting until issues occur, then treating the symptoms.
