Domestic violence affects far too many Australians — 1 in 4 women, 1 in 14 men, and 2 in 5 children. These aren’t just statistics. They’re real people, real families, and real futures at risk.
On January 3rd 2026, I’m running 100km from Sydney to Wollongong to raise money for Friends With Dignity, a national not-for-profit that provides practical resources, programs, scholarships, and safe, fully furnished homes for survivors of domestic violence. They give families a real chance at a fresh beginning.
This run is deeply personal to me — it’s my way of giving back, honoring my past, and turning personal pain into purpose. Every step I take is about helping others find the safety, stability, and dignity that everyone deserves.
Please join me in supporting this cause. Every contribution helps families start over and build a better future.
