Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page for the Cape2Cape Trek – September 2025!
This September, I’ll be taking on the Cape2Cape Trek, a physically demanding challenge that covers rugged terrain, long distances, and unpredictable weather- all in support of zero2hero, an incredible organisation dedicated to improving youth mental health across Western Australia.
By making a tax-deductible donation, you’ll be directly supporting programs that educate, engage, and empower young people to become mental health heroes in their communities. These programs build resilience, promote wellbeing, and equip young leaders with the tools to prevent suicide and support their peers.
This cause is deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of losing a close friend to mental health struggles, and it’s something that will always stay with me. That’s why I’m walking - not just for the awareness, but for action. For every young person who feels alone and for every friend who doesn’t know how to help. So many lives can be saved through education and support.
Mental illness affects 75% of people before the age of 25, and suicide remains the LEADING cause of death for Australians aged 15–44. These numbers are devastating but I’m hopeful we can change them if we all do our part.
Every donation makes a difference. If you’d like to learn more or just have a chat, please feel free to reach out - I’d love to share more about why this means so much to me.
Thank you so so much, Jodie x
