I'm raising funds for Fight4Jon to provide Jon Catania, a young man battling the relentless effects of Motor Neurone Disease (MND), with the essential care and support he needs. Diagnosed with ALS, a severe and aggressive form of MND, Jon has faced unimaginable challenges since his diagnosis at just 21. MND has taken away his ability to walk, move, speak, and even breathe independently, making each day a battle for him and his family.

But Jon's spirit remains unbreakable. Against the odds, he’s launched two startups, proving that MND may have taken his strength, but it can’t touch his determination. With every passing year, Jon’s needs become more complex, and the financial burden on his family grows. The funds we raise are critical to helping Jon access the medical care, specialised equipment, and daily support that allow him to keep fighting and living as fully as possible.

Every dollar raised goes directly to Jon’s care, managed through our partner, HAFIN (Helping a Friend in Need). Your contributions will help fund the specialised care Jon requires, from ventilators to assistive devices and in-home support, allowing him to maintain a quality of life and pursue his passions despite the heavy toll of MND.
