In July 2024, I am heading to Kenya & Uganda, to visit the great work One Heart has been doing for the communities and also have the opportunity to visit my sponsor child. This is a fantastic experience to be in the community and see first hand the work that One Heart do. For my journey, I'm raising funds to support the One Heart communities in Africa. The funds raised will provide children with a safe place to call home, access to health and wellbeing services, quality education and pathways for further education and training. It's a sustainable and entrepreneurial approach that considers the needs of the whole community. One Heart empowers vulnerable children in East Africa to break free from poverty and fulfil their potential. With over 400 children in their programs across 3 countries, together we are creating lasting, generational change. YOU can be part of it too!
