Dry Spell for MATES is a health-boosting initiative that challenges people to take a break from an unhealthy habit for 50 or 100 days while raising money to help reduce suicide in the construction industry. MATES in Construction WA (MATES) are an independent not-for-profit organisation delivering critical support for workers in an industry that loses 190 Australians to suicide every year.
