OTLR is a charity that does important work promoting education and early intervention regarding mental health. To support them in reaching local communities I will be completing 314,400 Steps in March to signify and bring awareness to the 3,144 suicides that occur in Australia ever year. To help achieve my goal I'll be completing a 5km run each day, on my way to the 10,142 steps per day required to reach my goal. Please donate generously to this worthy cause.
