Thanks for visiting my Fundraising Page for Jump for COPE (centre for perinatal excellence)! Perinatal mental health is something that's very close to my heart. When I had my daughter, Norah, two years ago I had never heard of post natal psychosis. Now, two years on, I have just been able to stop taking medication I've been on to treat severe mental health conditions that developed as a result of having a baby. Through fundraising, COPE will enable mandatory national perinatal mental health screening and referrals to ensure the best mental and emotional health and wellbeing of Australian mothers and their families.
