Now I can see you thinking that she doesn't look like she rides a bike and yes you are correct I don't. This body was not made for bike seats!!!
Instead I will be doing the other activities that equal the riding. Some walking, checking in on friends, dancing to a song, hugging a tree, mindfulness/meditation. This is more me.
I should say the other things that can be done but not for me are sit ups, push ups, step ups..... well anything with up as when I get down there is no getting up. haha
