The wellbeing of our youth is something very dear to our hearts; with 3 kids aged 27, 25 and 22 respectively we do not take youth mental health for granted. We both lost our best friends to suicide when we were still teenagers (some 40 years ago) and we hear of tragic losses to suicide on an almost weekly basis to this day. We are proud to be participating in the BB300, a challenge which requires hard training and resilience motivated by a strong will to support the mental wellness of our youth.
