Hey friends, My name is Jansen and i will be running 250km in a circle for 2 days on the Gold-coast. The event will be held at Griffith University in Southport over the two days, with the run starting at 6:25pm. Every single year, I take on a personal challenge to see what I’m capable of. Mental health is something that is massively important to me, and I’ve had close relationships with people that have unfortunately taken their lives because they didn’t speak up. Speaking up about how we are feeling, we can avoid serious illnesses and losses of loved ones. Come and run any distance with me around the track over the weekend, as I put my mental discipline to the test.
