Thanks for visiting Radiant Sol Yoga's fundraising page for The Do Nothing Challenge!
This November we're aiming to do thirty minutes a day of nothing (not literally nothing of course...!)
That means we're going to find thirty minutes a day for ourself, away from distractions, where we can slow down, breathe, meditate, practice mindfulness.
And while we're at it, we'll be raising money for three amazing mental health charities for the 5 million Aussies who go through some sort of mental health challenge every year.
It's going to be good for my mental health, whilst helping others.
