Thanks for visiting my Fundraising Page for Run For Rossy! On the weekend of October 16th/17th I will go out and run a half marathon for a great man, Chris Ross. Rossy is a strength & conditioning coach, physiotherapist, pilates instructor & former high performance manager of the Frankston Football Club. He was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease back in April this year at just 31 years of age. The average life expectancy after an MND diagnosis is just 27 months. So we're going to 'Run For Rossy' to help generate even more awareness and raise some funds to assist Rossy, his partner and family navigate the challenges they currently face & that lay ahead. Most importantly, we're running to show some support for a great bloke fighting his own battle with this beast & let him know he is not battling alone.
