- Walky talkys (Cathy, Bob, Rosemary & Dave) completing 80kms along the coast
- Suz: 30kms of swimming!!!
- Jared: 150kms of running!
- Riley and Caley: As much riding as possible
- Jo: 100kms of walking (+swimming)
