Every donation contributes to the bigger picture of breaking the stigma around mental health and helps us to get the LIVINWell Mental Health Educational Program out to those who need to hear it the most.

On Saturday the 28th August @ 8am Brad Glover and I will be running the same route as Project 31, but this time for 24hrs straight. This project is to create awareness around mental health and suicide prevention and is particularly important after the challenges of 2020. We will be asking people to come and run with us throughout the 24hrs, to have conversations, and help promote a healthy way to stay on top of mental health.

The idea behind Project Moving Forward came from knowing that when we have struggles in life, we have to keep moving forward, knowing that it’s only a hard day, and not a hard life. Brad will be teaming up with me for this one as he has played a massive part of helping me move forward.

You can sponsor me and leave a message by selecting the donate button above.
