Soon, I’ll hike Tasmania’s epic Overland Track. I’m taking on this challenging trek to raise funds for Wildcare Tasmania. My goal is to raise $1000. I’ll also be bringing attention to the work and care that Wildcare Tasmania does to preserve one of Australia’s great treasures. Wildcare Tasmania is a powerhouse team of volunteers and donors supporting the care and conservation of Tasmania’s wild places, wildlife and cultural heritage. They do incredible work with limited funds. Wildcare has over 5,000 members and 60 volunteer groups, including Wildcare Cradle Mountain Volunteers who work with Parks and Wildlife staff to help protect and conserve the iconic Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park.
