I did the Gibb Challenge in 2015 as part of a relay team -- This time I'm doing it solo. Cycling 660 km solo on that corrugated, sandy (or muddy) road (or 720 km if I check in at the eastern start of the Gobb before going back to El Questro), with nobody to "take the next turn" for fresh legs every hour, will probably step this up a notch or two... A bit more exercise in one of the most beautiful parts of the country -- just what the doctor ordered!
