In February this year our dearest Cousin, Mum, Wife, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister Aunty, Niece & beautiful friend was taken from us in just 5 short weeks. We had Christmas together then a week later heard the unbelievable news that she had an aggressive leukemia and the prognosis wasn’t good. Our son, 10 year old Will, made a promise to Sue that he would push a wheelbarrow for her in October this year. In Will's words ‘I don’t want other families to go through what we went through’ We are raising money to help find a cure for leukemia, which, with your help, could be sooner rather than later! Snowdome’s mission is to accelerate next-generation treatments for Australian blood cancer patients to help them live longer, better lives. It is the only not-for-profit organisation exclusively focused on raising funds to support translational research into blood cancers: myeloma, lymphoma and leukaemia. No other Australian organisation has this focus for blood cancer.
