About FunFlight
Remember the childhood dream that you could fly? That one day you might sit in the cockpit of your very own plane. It continues to be one of the most emotive, exciting and timeless aspirations for children. FunFlight is a charity established to organise joy flights for children touched by adversity, and their families.
FunFlight began in 2007 and since then we have flown over 13,000 passengers. We hope to fly many more in the future!
FunFlight Day
This year on Saturday 26 October 2019, we will be volunteering our time, planes and resources to help take children facing adversity and their families for the flight of their lives. We hope to help disadvantaged children forget their troubles for a day and have the opportunity to build valuable memories with the most important people in their lives.
How you can help
You can help the cause by donating to a FunFlight Captain (volunteer pilot)/ organiser below or click the ‘donate now’ button on the right.
All funds raised will be distributed back to each aero club to help pay for critical event expenses such as plane fuel, lunch and family activities.
Thank you for supporting our efforts and putting more smiles on the faces of children who need it most. With your help, we can host FunFlight Day in more locations and reach more children every year.
