On Thursday 10 October 2019, 600 SYO musicians and alumni will bring Sydney to life with 10-hours of live performance. We will perform across Sydney’s CBD, including Martin Place, Pitt Street Mall, and Circular Quay. From soloists to quartets, wind ensembles to a full 70-piece philharmonic, The Big Busk will connect Sydneysiders through the emotion of music all for a good cause.
The Big Busk is raising funds to acquire instruments, grow our music library, and support critical business infrastructure. SYO continue to provide the best orchestral training and opportunities for young musicians in NSW and there are so many more young people we can reach. But we need your help to make that happen.
