Some of you may know our nonno died last year after a year long battle with Motor Neurons Disease. MND causes the nerve cells that allow us to move, speak, breathe and swallow to fail causing muscles to weaken and waste. There is no cure for MND. Our nonno was loving person who cared and did so much for his family. But even such a strong person like him really suffered in his final year from this horrible disease. We miss our nonno dearly. And so, in honour of his memory, we are doing the Walk to D'Feet to raise money in support of those living with MND.
Any donation, big or small is greatly appreciated by myself and more importantly, those living with MND now and in the future. Your funds will help continue to provide care, support, information and critical equipment to help someone with MND live better for longer.
