Heartfelt is a volunteer organisation of professional photographers from all over Australia and New Zealand dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families that have experienced stillbirths, premature births or have children with serious and terminal illnesses.
I am a member of the Heartfelt organisation, donating my time to photograph families and their babies in the most sad situations. As a voluntary organisation, we are totally dependent on donations, with our major costs being the supply of a limited number of high quality photo prints to the families. This is where I thought my friends might like to get involved. The print costs for each session is $65 and while over the next 12 months I don't know how many sessions I will be called on to cover it would be lovely to take-on these sessions knowing that my friends were directly supporting this work and, in effect, partnering with me in each session.
