Sailors with disABILITIES (SWD) is delighted to announce our intention to take part in the Rolex Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race 2018 in association with Code Read Dyslexia Network. Eight novice sailors, all of who have dyslexia, will join an experienced team of SWD crew members in the icon race. 

Over the past 73 years, the Rolex Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race has become an icon of Australia's summer sport, ranking in public interest with such national events as the Melbourne Cup, the Australian Open tennis and the Boxing Day cricket test. No regular annual yachting event in the world attracts such huge media coverage than the start of this race on Sydney Harbour.

Funds raised through this campaign will be used to support the team of novice sailors on their endeavour to complete this gruelling challenge.
