I haven't always lived the healthiest of lifestyles, so I decided that riding 210km from Melbourne to Sorrento and back in a day might be a bit of a challenge. Just in case that's not enough of a challenge, I'm aiming to complete the ride in under 8 hours.

My mother-in-law, Loretta (known as Cranky to our son, Edward) was diagnosed with MND in April 2013. After being diagnosed, her condition deteriorated rapidly and she was taken from us in April 2014.

I've chosen to support MND Victoria both to help raise awareness of this terrible disease and to raise much needed funds that can be spent on research projects as well as support for those with MND and their carers.
