On October 5th, I'll be taking part in Sydney's backyard ultra - an event that involves running 6.7km on the hour, every hour, until only one person remains. As part of this, I'm raising funds for Friends with Dignity - an Australian charity who provide victims of domestic violence with practical assistance that can help when they need it most. Needless to say how important this is - everyone deserves to feel safe and free from harm in their own home.
