Funds raised by participants in Run from Poverty go towards a range of projects through-out the year in Kenya, as well as in Uganda and Tanzania. These include things like: • Buildings and facilities for a new junior high school in Kenya; • The building of a community skills training hub in Uganda and supporting the operational costs for the first 12 months; • Development of Women’s Empowerment training in Tanzania; • Ongoing maintenance and repairs on existing facilities to ensure they remain at a high standard; • Onboarding of new children into the One Heart programs.
