Well it has been an expensive and eventful morning ride this morning! Doh. Morning started brilliantly with Brett from the Karma crew joining us which was a treat. We were busy pushing out 28km/h which is also great, I was the lead rider and knocked my phone off its quad lock and my team mates without knowing glided over my phone oops. I stopped to turn around to get it and there was a Greyhound Bus with trailer approaching. You know the sound of your phone cracking under a bus' wheels is not a comforting sound!
My dear team mate Roslyn came to my aid and proceeded to fall off her bike onto the main highway cleated in and then her chain came off. By this time all our team members had returned to help us laugh through the situation!
Needless to say if I am not answering your calls or text messages I am not ignoring you I am working through a new phone and before anyone asks NO i can't remember when I back it up last!

It is not very often that you become a covergirls at 40 plus but that is what the Wonder Women have achieved to date. Okay it may be the cover of the RFDS magazine but it is still a cover and we are taking that as a win. Check it out

We are now 8 weeks away from jumping on our bikes so training is starting to amp up! We have our "Bubbles by the Beach event confirmed for the 11th May and ticket sales will be available from tommorrow.
Thank you for your support thus far and for your encouragement to face this challenge for a second year in the row.
