Each year the Murray Mallee Community mental health service support participants to participate in the Port to Port cycling event, the team has entered for the past nine years. Our team ‘team try cycling’ consists of participant of the Murray mallee community mental health service and supported by staff. Without the financial and practical assistance offered through the Murray Mallee community mental health service participation in this event would not be possible for our clients due to the financial and practical barriers of participation in a large scale community event. The two day bicycle ride starts in Mildura and runs through Swan Hill and on to Echuca. Riders get a glimpse of Hattah National Park , rolling vineyards, orange groves and the mighty Murray River as they pedal over the 400km course.
