It's on again, folks! For the 2nd year in a row, I will be getting Active for Autism from April 2 (World Autism Awareness Day) to April 8 to raise funds for I CAN Network & Reframing Autism. My goal will be to log 30 minutes of exercise activity per day for the week.

Autistic people, like my son, face unique challenges navigating a neurotypical world on a daily basis. Making friends, gaining employment, or even just a trip to the shops can be extremely difficult. 

I CAN Network and Reframing Autism are both organisations helping to improve the lives of Autistic people by helping them to connect with others like them, and by changing the way neurotypical people think about Autism, respectively.
