Chill & Chat is a mental health initiative run in collaboration between Superhero and Recoverie. Volunteers are paired up and take part in an ice bath together — creating a unique, pressure-free space that encourages real conversations about mental health.

All funds raised will go directly to Mongrels Men, a Bondi-based charity that creates inclusive spaces for men to connect through movement, conversation, and community. Their mission is to break down the stigma around mental health and remind men that they don’t have to do it alone.
