I’m taking on my sixth annual 110km walk from Bondi Beach to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. The 2026 event is being organised to raise awareness and funds for Mongrels Men, a charity committed to supporting men’s mental health. Men face unique pressures every day and Mongrels Men provides vital resources, education, and community support to help them cope. This walk is my way of challenging myself while shining a light on an important cause. Every donation, big or small, helps more men access the support they need.
