	?Founder, Jim Bethell, has been leading the field in airborne search and rescue for over 20 years. After 15 years in the Royal Air Force Jim left his role as a Search and Rescue squadron executive to safely introduce search and rescue helicopters around the world.  He recognizes the improvements and extra safety that unmanned vehicles can offer. As an expert in aviation, a world expert in airborne sensor searching, and a technology enthusiast he is committed to making the world a safer place.
