We are a not-for-profit organization based in Western Australia that's on a mission to reduce the number of young men taking their own lives. Our work is incredibly important, and we are making areal difference for young men in Western Australia.
Kai Fella offers school-based peer-support workshops & creates the practice grounds for young West Australian men to rewrite the stereotypes imposed on them, talk openly about their challenges and strengthen the way they support their peers.
Our founder, Claire Eardley, lost her son Kai to suicide in 2016 and out of this tragedy the Kai Fella Foundation was created.
We have grown significantly over the past 5 years, and we are delighted to announce the introduction of our Kai Fella Workshops facilitated to Western Australian boys by Western Australian men in 2024.
Through our workshops, we hope to end the silence & stop the increasing rate of young male suicide and empower them to live fully for themselves and for those they love.
Our workshops disrupt outdated traditional gender stereotypes and help young men define and own their unique story: empowering themto confidently navigate a world of expectations, demands and emotional complexity, creating a healthier life for themselves and the people they love.
