On Saturday the 9th August 2025, I’ll be walking 20km to raise money for Red Nose Day and The Pink Elephants Support Network. Two charities very very close to my heart. Behind every statistic is someone’s story. 
Grief and loss is extremely difficult. Not only is it difficult to talk about, it’s also difficult for other’s to hear your story or even ask because what does one say? We actually don’t need you to say anything. We’re not looking for anyone to solve the loss, just allow us to tell our story if we want to, listen, nod your head, put your hand on our shoulder or ask “are you ok”. If you can, any contribution to my fundraiser to help towards resources and research in pregnancy loss, still births, infant deaths is greatly appreciated. I appreciate you. Thank you
