Many Rooms is about creating safe and friendly places of encounter between those who are doing it tough and ordinary people who want to help.
Our first room, The Kitchen, is a drop-in centre offering meals and social activities to people in need. The Kitchen operates on Friday evenings in the Melbourne CBD, where dinner is served to approximately 50 homeless and disadvantaged participants, and on Saturdays in North Melbourne, where breakfast and lunch are served to approximately 100 participants.
