Home Modifications Australia (MOD.A) is the national body that represents home modification providers for the frail aged and people with disabilities. MOD.A previously operated as the NSW HMMS State Council for 20 years.  Our members were providers of Home and Community Care (HACC) home modifications and maintenance services in NSW.
