The Children's Cancer Foundation was established in 1992 by parents of children with cancer. The Foundation aims to ensure children in Australia have access to the world’s best possible care to save their lives.

Having a child diagnosed with cancer is the beginning of a journey that challenges the hardiest amongst us. Throughout that journey, the Children's Cancer Foundation is there.

The Foundation funds programs that help children not only cope with the pain, but also experience an environment of creativity and expression and give children a reason to smile. Family Counselling and support to help navigate the overwhelming world of treatment are also funded by the Foundation.

Brilliant minds are working hard to find a cure for cancer. The Children’s Cancer Foundation is committed to building a significant program of clinical research to attract the world’s best childhood cancer clinical researchers, to find new and kinder treatments for children with cancer. We have also committed to resourcing clinical trials so that children have access to new treatments and new drugs. See a full list of currently funded projects here.

With the unwavering support of generous individuals and organisations, the Children’s Cancer Foundation continues to operate as a leader in the childhood cancer charity sector in Australia.
