On Friday 4 September, students and staff from West Wallsend High School will take on our annual Cancer Sux Walk, a 13km journey to Mt Sugarloaf and back, raising funds for Breast Cancer Trials.

Since 2010, this event has brought our school community together to support those affected by cancer. This year, we're proud to make breast cancer research our focus once again, recognising the many families, friends and colleagues within our community whose lives have been touched by the disease.

Every step we take helps support vital clinical trials that improve treatment, prevention and quality of life for people affected by breast cancer. While the walk is a challenge, it is also an opportunity to come together, raise awareness and help create a better future for those impacted by breast cancer.
