I’m running the Melbourne Marathon to support Heartfelt, a volunteer organisation that provides free photographic memories to families experiencing stillbirth, premature birth, or serious illness. The charity provides services across Australia and New Zealand and has over 300 amazing volunteer photographers. The cause is close to me through my friends Gavin, a professional photographer, and his wife Kelly, who founded Heartfelt after the stillbirth of their daughter, Alexandra. In their grief, they created something extraordinary - offering compassion and lasting memories to families in their darkest moments. I’m running in Alexandra’s honour and to support Heartfelt’s beautiful work.
