Help put VSDP back on their feet after Cyclone Pam The Vanuatu Society for People with a Disability (VSDP) has a long history of working with children and adults with a disability in their community, providing services to help enable these people to participate as fully as possible in community life in Vanuatu.

VSDP services include an early intervention programme for children and a Community Based Rehabilitation programme. This year Motivation Australia and VSDP have also commenced a project to provide Walking Aids, funded through the Australian Government and also involving the Frangipani Society and physiotherapists from Vila Central Hospital.

The loss of the VSDP building caused by Cyclone Pam has severely disrupted the services that VSDP can provide - at a time when children and adults with disabilities most need support. Help VSDP get back on their feet with a donation towards replacing VSDP's lost rehabilitation and office equipment; meeting immediate needs of VSDP clients; contributing towards rent of a temporary space while VSDP seek support from large donors to help re-build their original building; and working towards the ongoing strengthening of VSDP and their services. Your support will help to ensure that VSDP can remain operational through a very difficult time; and continue to work with and advocate for children and adults with disabilities in Vanuatu.

All donations (from Australian donors contributing over $2.00) are tax deductible and 100% of funds received will be channeled by Motivation Australia through to VSDP. Motivation Australia administration and accountability costs are being funded seperately by Motivation Australia. Thank you for your support!
