About

In support of the Heart Foundation of Victoria, I will be riding a motorcycle down the length of Sumatera, the fourth largest island in the world. I will begin this journey on the 14th of August 2014. This trip will cover over 3,000 kilometers, and will take approximately one month to complete. I will start in Banda Aceh at the northern most tip of Sumatera and ride South, crossing into Java and finishing in the Indonesian capital Jakarta.

After the passing of my grandfather in 2013 of a heart attack, I feel the Victorian Heart Foundation is the perfect charity to support. With the help of my family and friends, I wish to raise $3,000 which will support the excellent work of the Victorian Heart Foundation.

Funds donated to the My Cause Gift Fund will be disbursed to Heart Foundation Victoria. The trustees will always disburse funds to the nominated cause, however in the case that that is not possible, the funds will be disbursed to a DGR charity at the trustees discretion.
