Pittwater is known for its strong community spirit, but many local individuals and families are quietly doing it tough. Acts of Kindness Community Outreach is making a real difference by rescuing good food that would otherwise go to waste and transforming it into nutritious meals for those experiencing hardship. Since 2020, volunteers have shared more than 80,600 home-cooked meals and rescued over 20 tonnes of food, providing not only nourishment but also connection, dignity and hope.
