Time To Know Osteosarcoma.
In the year 2021 we still have no true answer as to what causes Osteosarcoma. However, we do know that it affects mostly adolescents between the ages of 10 to 19 years of age.
Osteosarcoma is a bone cancer that can ‘metastasis’, meaning spread to other organs, limbs and lymph nodes. Once again with no real answer, causing this cancer to be vicious.
In 2015 I lost my best friend and brother, Zane, to this dreadful disease and would like to shine a light on his legacy and true spirit through this fundraiser.
Throughout the month of May, Zane’s Team (pictured here) and I have decided to create a community to support and raise money for research purposes to help fight this disease. I will be running 4 marathons across 4 weeks, as well as educating people about osteosarcoma.
I would like to thank all of you that make a donation as well as spread the word. Together WE can be the difference.
In loving memory of ZRC4.
